The Horatio Alger Career and Technical Scholarship program is now open for applications. Students must:
Have completed high school by May of 2020
Be enrolled in a 2-year or less program (degree/certificate) at a technical college that will lead to employment
Attend a not-for-profit post-secondary institution
Be Pell Grant eligible
Be under the age of 30 and a US citizen
