Students in Mrs. Welch's Foundations of Engineering and Technology class built and wired their own robots this past week. Students had to follow directions, troubleshoot, work cooperatively, and be persistent to build a successful hexapod robot. They completed their builds the set their robots against one another in tournament testing the best built and calibrated hexapod. In the next few weeks, students will work on coding their robots to show their own LED light displays and eventually even code their robots to dance their own fun, unique dances.
