Stay Away from Drugs, Put a “Cap” on Drug Use, Red-dy to Be Drug Free, and Team Up Against Drugs. Students were presented short videos in class to begin and end the week, and all students were able to sign a pledge banner in the cafeteria that was designed and painted by members of the art class and Mrs. Mary Jaynes. Additionally, the senior class visited LK Moss to meet and mentor 5th grade students and to help them set goals for the school year.
A Zen proverb states: “If we are facing in the right direction, all we have to do is keep on walking.” This holds true in regard to alcohol and drug use. Please continue to encourage teens and young adults to keep walking in the right direction! Thank you to everyone who made MCMHS’s Red Ribbon Week a success.
