Middle/High Supply List
Due to inclement weather, Summer School and Summer Feeding will be canceled Thursday, June 15th. It will reconvene on Tuesday, June 20th.
Due to possible inclement weather, Summer School will dismiss at 11:30 A.M. Bus routes will begin at that time. All car riders can be picked up at that time at their individual school.
We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of an upcoming 9th grader. Anyone who would like to participate in grief counseling may meet at the school on Monday morning, June 12th, at 9 a.m. You may enter through the outside doors near the Red Zone. Please keep the student's family and friends in your prayers.
It's with an extremely heavy heart that we recognize the loss of a student in our school system who passed away today. This has reminded us once again exactly how fragile life is. As we continue to draw strength from one another, please keep the student’s family and friends in your prayers. ❤️
Counseling services will be available (for ANYONE) at Marion County Middle/High School on Thursday, June 8, 2023, from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.

Congratulations to the Marion County Middle-High School Graduates of 2023!!!
Power has been restored to L. K. Moss Elementary School. Both schools will open as normal tomorrow, May 18th.
Due to a blown transformer, L. K. Moss Elementary School is without power. Power may not be restored until noon; therefore, school is cancelled for both L. K. Moss Elementary School and Marion County Middle High School. Only administrators are to report today.
The power of dual enrollment: Congratulations to Wyatt Morgan, who is set to graduate from South Georgia Tech next week with a diploma in diesel mechanics. This graduation is 16 days BEFORE his high school graduation. Way to go, Wyatt!
Family STEAM Night is coming up on Tuesday, May 2nd from 6-7:00pm. We have over 35 stations with activities related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. This event is free and there will be door prizes! We hope to see you then!

We are currently watching the weather and have cancelled after-school sports practices. We will NOT release early, but we may need to hold students later depending on weather at that time. We will send out further information as the end of the school day nears.

After School is canceled today for L. K. Moss Elementary School and Marion County Middle High School.
We will be having Dual Enrollment Day on the Marion County Middle High School campus on Tuesday, March 28th for anyone who will be in grades 10-12 next year. This will be to sign up for Summer or Fall 2023 classes. We will have a general information session at 9:00 a.m. in the cafeteria and then you will have an opportunity to meet with a dual enrollment expert from either South Georgia Tech or Georgia Southwestern. To meet with an expert individually, you must sign up for an appointment. There is an appointment sign up sheet in the front office.
Today's predicted storms are being monitored. Currently, the storms appear to be strongest after 5:00 PM. Therefore, all after school activities have been canceled. We will continue to monitor the weather closely and communicate any changes in dismissal as promptly as possible.
