Flu shots will be given at MCMHS on November 14 for employees and students. A permission form will be sent home next week for you to sign if you would like for your child to participate.
The Pick-A-Pumpkin Festival is tomorrow from 5:00-7:00 pm. There will be games, crafts, face painting, cake auction, concessions, Kona Ice, Crazy Hair, and much more! Be sure to bring your Trunk-or-Treat bag for lots of goodies. Pictured is the map for entering the festival. Families should use the parking lot and register and enter through the left gate at LK Moss near the playground. Trunk-or-Treat vehicles and other vendors will enter through the gate on the right side of LK Moss. We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

Students attending Probe College Fair at GSW tomorrow morning, meet in the Red Zone by 7:40. You must have a permission form on file (that was due 9/5) in order to attend. You may wear your "Color Wars" color, but please be tasteful with your clothing choices.

September is Library Card sign-up month!

Today's Senior meeting is cap and gown ordering information. You will actually order at Grad Night next Thursday, the 25th. I will have packets here in the front office to advertise the packages that are available. You must purchase a cap and gown this year to participate in the graduation ceremony. The cost is $100. Homecoming can be expensive, but your dress doesn't have to be! We have some amazing dresses here on campus to choose from that you can borrow or keep with no cost to you. The dresses are in several sizes, and no 2 are the same. See Mrs. Jernigan if you'd like to shop our collection. Sport coats for the gentlemen are also available.

Need a kind word or have a kind word to give? Visit the counselor table at lunch on Wednesday to write a kind word to others or to receive a kind word for yourself. This Wellness Wednesday is all about supporting yourself and others. Talk to Mrs. Jernigan and Mrs. Price at lunch on September 10th to give or receive supportive words!
